We have integrated the following Sensors

• • Lid Sensor – Automatically shut down system once lid is opened
  • Bearing Temperature Sensors – Displays real-time temperature on Main Drive and Back Drive bearings. Automatic system shutdown on configurable high limit
  • Bearing Vibration Sensors – Displays real-time vibration on Main Drive and Back Drive bearings. Automatic system shutdown on configurable high limit
  • Gearbox Torque Sensor – Displays real-time load on the gearbox using a load cell. Automatic system shutdown on configurable high limit.
  • Speed Sensors – Speed proximity sensors read the actual speed on the Main Drive and Back Drive. Startup is prevented until both drives are stopped.
  • Emergency Shutdown Pushbutton – Automatically engage Safe Torque Off (STO) on all VFDs when ESD button is pressed. System automatically shuts down.
